What is the exchange policy?
You have 14 days to exchange your item(s), starting on the day of receipt of the item. It can only be exchanged unused and in original packaging with original hangtag.​

Can I return items from the SALE?
No, unfortunately we cannot take back SALE items

I bought an item in the store, will I get my money back?
​No, unfortunately that is not possible. We give a voucher for the value of the items you want to exchange, so that you can buy something you like more, another time.
